We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our Excel Expedited Inc. team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring items are secured for transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods.

Requirements

• Experience as a courier/delivery driving box trucks, stepvan, etc. is required.
• Proficient in loading and unloading techniques with an understanding of heavy lifting practices.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
