About the position

We are seeking a reliable pizza delivery driver to transport pizza from our restaurant to our customers. This role involves confirming that orders have been correctly fulfilled before delivery, processing payments, and performing shop duties such as cleaning and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Checking orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made and that charges are accurate.
• Transporting items to customers at their desired locations on time.
• Managing cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed.
• Remaining up-to-date with the restaurant's promotions, and informing customers of these accordingly.
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers.
• Answering phones and taking orders.
• Performing daily shift responsibilities including cleaning, sanitizing, stocking products, and trash removal.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cash registers and cleaning operations is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a pizza shop and pizza making capability is a bonus!
• Customer service experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Cash handling experience of 1 year is preferred.
