Requirements
- Passion for retail Customer Service and a desire to create a great experience for every Customer.
- Self-motivation and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and engage with product knowledge and department standards.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
- Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities
- Slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising a variety of cheeses, deli meats, and prepared items.
- Ensuring that products are fresh, well-presented, and rotated properly.
- Supporting receiving, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Providing helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable service to Customers in the Cheese & Deli department.
- Preparing and packaging cheese and deli products accurately and efficiently.
- Stocking and rotating products to ensure freshness and minimize shrink.
- Assisting in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces, displays, and service counters.
- Building engaging and seasonal displays to promote products and support department goals.
- Communicating effectively with Customers, Team Members, and Leadership.
- Upholding all Plum Market policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
