This position is responsible for maintaining the hot foods case, pasta bar, burrito bar, wing bar, and the rotisserie chickens. This involves following specific procedures for preparation, handling, sanitation, freshness, and quality. The role requires excellent time management skills to prepare for peak customer times and good communication to ensure all deli areas are well-stocked. Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines is essential to prevent accidents and illnesses. Food service experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
