Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver

About the position

Family Dollar is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet based out of St. George, UT. This position is ideal for drivers who want to stay active, as they will be responsible for unloading the trailer using rollers and climbing in and out of the trailer as needed. Drivers on this account can expect to average 1,400 miles, with 1-2 loads per week and 2-3 stops per load.

Responsibilities

• Drive company provided Tandem-Axle Sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry van trailers.
• Unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of the trailer as needed.
• Complete deliveries to customer locations throughout various states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Experience driving commercial vehicles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with unloading trailers using rollers.
