Responsibilities
- Perform all positions on the Debone line, including cutting breasts and wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, and tray packing.
- Rotate positions as needed to ensure efficient production.
- Participate as a member of the team, fostering strong cohesiveness regarding major issues.
- Attend appropriate team meetings and contribute to team concepts, programs, and policies.
- Identify areas lacking cohesiveness and work with the team leader to resolve issues.
- Maintain familiarity with Simmons' established operating systems and communicate concerns or improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Fluency in all Debone production work on a rotation basis.
- Ability to work in a cold environment down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Physical capability to stand/move about for 8-10 hours a day and perform required duties including reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in poultry or food processing organizations.
