About The Position

The Deal Desk Coordinator & BDR Support role is a hybrid operations and sales position responsible for ensuring deal accuracy, accelerating sales cycles and creating early stage pipeline through targeted outbound efforts. This role serves as the connective tissue between our Enablement, Implementation, Service, Revenue Operations, Finance and Reseller Partners to ensure every deal is submitted cleanly, compliantly and on time, while also executing BDR outreach to generate qualified opportunities for our Reseller Partners. This position requires someone who is detailed oriented, process-minded and energized by participating in top of the funnel prospecting activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and well organized
  • Ability to write customer-appropriate correspondence
  • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Review all inbound reseller partner deal submissions for accuracy, completeness, and in line with any minimum pricing, implementation fee requirements
  • Maintain standardized deal intake workflows and ensure all required documents (billing memos, implementation kits, documentation required to complete KYC process) are complete.
  • Ensure all deal data is accurately entered into the CRM and handoff system (i.e. implementation queue, KYC queue)
  • Act as liaison between Reseller Partner and Implementation to obtain any missing information, documents etc. needed to move a new Reseller client into implementation
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to reseller Partner-sourced leads lists, webinar attendees and event lists
  • Qualify prospects using standardized discovery questions
  • Set introductory meetings for Reseller Partner sellers
  • Re-engage aging leads, stalled deals and partners needing activation support (i.e. first campaign, first proposal)
  • Conduct short follow-up calls to confirm interest, next steps or required documentation for progressing opportunities
  • Maintain detailed activity logs within each Reseller Partner HubSpot instance and ensure CRM lifecycle stages are updated in real time
  • Launch and manage initial outreach campaigns and qualification of new potential Reseller Partners
  • Achieve monthly KPI goals including call times and volume, email outreach, meetings booked, conversion rates and contribution to pipeline creation for each Reseller Partner
