Responsibilities include unloading various types of merchandise from trailers, containers, and trucks, matching skid or box counts to Proof of Delivery documentation, and noting any discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves placing skids where assigned, removing packing lists, and documenting Vendor Compliance issues. The employee will receive products on assigned batches, stock products from vendors, and handle returns and small package shipments. Proper placement of products in various storage locations is required, and discrepancies must be researched and corrected before closing the batch to release the product to inventory. Team members with experience may be designated as trainers, taking ownership of the training program and ensuring all documentation is complete. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
