About The Position

The DC Load Planner position at JBS USA Pork division in Marshalltown is a full-time, nonexempt, hourly role responsible for managing trailer movements in the distribution center. The planner ensures trailers are positioned correctly for loading and pulled once loaded, maintaining proper rotation to meet customer delivery deadlines. This role involves operating the computer system at the main desk and utilizing the Red Prairie system to monitor inventory and ensure correct product rotation.

Requirements

• Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
• Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
• Self-Starter /Able to work Independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for putting trailers in the door and having them pulled when loaded.
• Responsible for making sure trailers are put in the door with the proper rotation as to meet on time delivery to customers.
• Responsible for running the computer at the main desk.
• Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.
• Must be able to monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
• Work on assigned tasks as needed.
