About the position
The Taco Bell Team Member at MRCO is a vital role that serves as the first point of contact for customers, whether they are entering the restaurant or placing an order through the drive-thru. This position is essential in setting the tone for the customer experience and delivering the delicious Taco Bell offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a friendly demeanor and attention to detail. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, preparing food, and addressing any service or food-related issues that may arise. Team Members are also responsible for maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a clean and safe work and dining environment. This includes cleaning the parking lot and surrounding grounds of the restaurant. The role requires physical stamina, as employees will be standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for the majority of their shifts. A successful candidate will present a clean and tidy appearance, exhibit good work habits, and maintain a positive attitude. MRCO values attendance and punctuality, expecting employees to understand their work schedules and report on time, in uniform, and ready to work. Team Members are encouraged to take initiative, going beyond the basic requirements of their roles and maintaining a high level of activity. Daytime Team Members will also be expected to perform opening store activities according to brand standards. Responsibilities
