About The Position

Pathways for Life is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive through compassionate care, tailored services, and meaningful connections. For the past 20 years, we have been creating possibilities through in-home care, day programs, employment programs, and residential solutions, aiming to provide fulfillment and peace of mind for families.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years old.
Must have a clean background.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities to empower independence.
Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions to build meaningful connections.
Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively, promoting safety and wellbeing.
Collaborate with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care, advocating with heart.
Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
