Requirements

Able to work independently with good time management skills
Able to lift to 30lbs
Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift
Requires minimal supervision
Good problem-solving skills and listening skills
Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

General cleaning of the dealership and keeping it maintained and in good condition
Cleans showroom, offices and common areas of assigned building.
Maintain storage areas in clean, safe and orderly manner
Organizes and stocks cleaning supplies and applicable cleaning tools
Empties trash bins as necessary
Assists in all other areas of the maintenance department as needed.
Performs any appropriate tasks asked of their manager or Supervisor
