Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sophisticated analytics and BI solutions.
- Provide information and insights that contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of healthcare domain and project management.
- Perform technical data manipulation and analytic development using BI or Machine Learning.
- Plan and execute projects independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in healthcare, including familiarity with hospital systems and diverse healthcare data sets.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data preparation using scripting languages like Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL, R, Python.
- Advanced BI development skills using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics platforms like Azure data lake, Azure Synapse, Oracle DB, SQL Server.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including creating charts and graphs.
