About the position
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inventory control, ordering, and maintaining the web catalog. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory control and ordering.
- Perform physical counting of inventory.
- Update the web catalog and enter orders into vendor websites.
- Conduct light accounts payable data entry.
- Provide customer service and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree is a plus.
- 3 years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field in an office setting.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Experience with Excel and a CRM is a plus.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in database administration is preferred.
- Ability to relocate to Winder, GA before starting work is preferred.
