About The Position

FEDITC is seeking a Data Cell Analyst to work at Lackland AFB in San Antonio TX area. Data Cell provides data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to create data analysis and reporting for informed decision-making across the organization. The Data Cell serves as a central resource for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to enhance operational effectiveness, improve resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives. The contractor requires the full lifecycle of the 67 CW data environment, encompassing both initial development of new solutions and the ongoing administration and maintenance of established systems. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

  • Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and unit representatives to gather and analyze requirements for new 67 CW environment solutions.
  • Perform solution design, development, testing, and initial deployment for new 67 CW tools, dashboards, reports, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop and implement new workflows and business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) or other approved tools.
  • Create new data visualizations, dashboards, and repeatable queries to communicate insights and meet initial stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide ongoing user support, perform regular monitoring, and conduct system updates to ensure the stability and performance of the established 67 CW environment, SharePoint sites, and deployed tools.
  • Configure site permissions, manage security groups, and work with IT stakeholders to ensure ongoing security, privacy, and compliance of all data and analytics solutions.
  • Work with various live data sets, which include but are not limited to: financial data, data on internal and external contracts, human resources data, and POM data.
  • Ensure that data integrated from established Air Force systems is accurately represented in analytical outputs, displays and reports.
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in analytics and technology, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and recommend continuous improvement for the 67 CW Data Cell.
  • Provide technical guidance and management analysis expertise to Wing leadership regarding policies, procedures, and data-driven insights to maximize resources for combat-ready forces.
  • Coordinate with multiple Staff/Group Offices on relevant data, analyze the impact to the 67 CW, and produce briefings (A006) for senior leadership as directed.
  • Ensure established due dates are met.
  • Train personnel on the use of their tools and SharePoint applications.
  • Provide documentation on released data tools/dashboards/applications as mission permits.
  • Travel to other Government facilities during contract performance in support of specific tasks, including attending meetings, conferences, and providing training.
