About the position

The Data Analytics Intern will support the analysis of customer experiences and interactions across various channels, including email, print, website, events, social media, and chat. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in data analytics within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating and analyzing results from online surveys to measure and assess customer satisfaction
• Summarizing customer feedback and presenting information in a timely and relevant manner
• Working with multiple departments using analysis tools such as Power BI to extract relevant data
• Communicating recommendations derived from analyzing and interpreting data and evaluating trends
• Preparing, illustrating, and translating complex findings into written text
• Making presentations and recommendations to management
• Providing statistics for use in presentations and other marketing collateral
• Organizing and updating internal and client-facing documents to ensure information is recent and accurate
• Collaborating with departmental leadership to align company objectives with departmental strategy
• Assisting order support representatives, educational service managers, and sales representatives in determining demographic groups to target

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, particularly Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with online survey tools

• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods
