About The Position

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Data Analyst for its Coralville, Iowa location. This role involves gathering, cleaning, organizing, modeling, and reporting on data to construct predictive models and support enrollment services. The Data Analyst will collaborate with enrollment management consultants and campus partners to ensure positive outcomes for college enrollment offices and utilize best practices in data analysis to maximize the value of services for campus partners. The position also includes collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing internal data such as web traffic, scholarships, and sales metrics, conducting ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and resolve business needs, and responding to data requests with accurate and timely reports and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Utilizing R programming to collect, process, and analyze data using visual and statistical analysis techniques.
• Utilizing Rattle to conduct predictive modeling.
• Utilizing Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualize data.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data by leveraging visualization, statistical techniques, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, cleans, organizes, models, and reports on data necessary to construct predictive models and other enrollment services offered by College Raptor.
• Works closely with both College Raptor’s enrollment management consultants and campus partners to ensure a positive outcome for college enrollment offices.
• Utilizes best practices in data analysis to ensure the value of College Raptor’s services for every campus partner.
• Collects, cleans, organizes, and analyzes College Raptor internal data including web traffic, scholarships, and sales metrics.
• Conducts ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and resolve emerging business needs.
• Responds to data requests by providing accurate and timely reports and analysis.
