About the position

Be a part of ANBs Data Analytics Team working to organize, unify, and analyze data systems across the Bank. The Data Analyst will collaborate with various teams in order to achieve project goals, inform decision-making, and maintain cyclical reporting. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving, SQL and data visualization skills. Position will be responsible for various dashboards, data validation, documentation and reporting goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manages data quality of the data warehouse, working with technical teams to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Enter, clean, and visualize data using various techniques and technologies.
  • Document relational data-dictionaries.
  • Participate in multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
  • Act as a point of contact in communicating analysis outcomes to various teams.
  • Develop the skills to maintain, monitor, and test data systems.
  • Design and develop complex data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Data Analyst I: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Data Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant work experience and/or training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Data Analyst III: 3+ years of experience and/or training. Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI and SQL required. Experience with Snowflake preferred.
