About the position
The position involves driving analytics for Document Cloud to unlock growth and monetization opportunities. This includes conducting hypothesis tests such as A/B testing, analyzing results, and communicating insights and recommendations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including growth managers, product managers, GTM, finance, and engineering, to understand monetization opportunities and customer behavior. The specialist will also be responsible for stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources, supporting ad-hoc data analysis needs, defining metrics and reporting frameworks, and designing and implementing reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities
- Drive analytics for Document Cloud to unlock growth and monetization opportunities and hypothesis tests (A/B testing) through analyzing results and communicating insights and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional/cross-regional teams including growth managers, product managers, GTM, finance, and engineering to understand monetization opportunities, product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and drive monetization.
- Be a specialist in stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
- Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior, end-to-end customer journey, and monetization path.
- Define metrics/reporting frameworks and design and implement reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators and provide useful insights.
Requirements
- Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics.
- Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
- Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights to senior/cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Hands-on coding experience with at least one programming language (Python/R).
- Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to build and run data pipelines in Cloud.
- Experience in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI.
- Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
Nice-to-haves
- Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $60- $65/hr
