About the position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ballroom, Latin, and Swing Dance Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching dance classes, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment for adult students. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to change lives, and no prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Instruct students in various dance styles, focusing on ballroom, latin, swing, and other disciplines as needed.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the skill levels of students.
Requirements
- Dance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with adults in an educational or recreational setting is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students.
- A passion for teaching.
