D2D Sales Representative. Your Own Schedule. Earn What You Deserve

About the position

This is a door-to-door sales role where you can write your own paycheck — earn $40 for every qualified lead you bring in, and get 5% commission on any jobs you close and book yourself. We’re Window Hero — the go-to name in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning for high-end homes in Southlake. We’re growing fast and looking for confident, sharp reps to help us scale.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and connect with homeowners
• Offer quotes for our exterior cleaning services
• Submit leads through our system (you get paid once it’s scheduled)
• Close deals on the spot and earn 5% commission on that full ticket
• Represent a high-quality service people are happy to have
• Set your own schedule and hit the ground running

Requirements

• Outgoing and confident talking to strangers
• Self-motivated and driven by results
• Reliable transportation
• Clean appearance and good communication skills
• Previous sales or D2D experience is great — but not required
