About the position

The Cylinder Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance of cylinders at the Dunn Gas Plant. This role involves painting cylinders, applying barcodes, and ensuring that all equipment and work areas are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Paint cylinders.
• Apply barcodes and input data in handheld device.
• Maintain cylinder painting systems and equipment.
• Shot blast cylinders.
• Present a professional image.
• Ensure that the work area is well-maintained and clean.
• Complete and maintain all company-required paperwork.
• Comply with safety regulations and requirements.
• Attend training as required.
• Support fellow members of the gas plant team and perform other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
