About The Position

The Cycle Count is responsible for performing partial and periodic physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of system records versus actual stock in the warehouse. Their role is to detect discrepancies, investigate causes, and maintain the integrity of inventory information to support operational continuity and the reliability of financial reports. Requirements

Associate's Degree (preferred)
Previous experience in inventory management
Knowledge of AS/400 program (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with warehouse equipment (preferably "order picker")
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to travel to other Ballester facilities (Ponce, Mayagüez, Cataño, Guaynabo, and Dorado)
Ability to work in cold temperatures (below zero)
