About the position

The RDC Cycle Counter Team Member is primarily responsible for ensuring data integrity in the Lowe's DMS and HOST locator systems and then researching and resolving discrepancies when necessary. The Cycle Counter Team Member supports the operation by performing routine cycle counts of the inventory to ensure the system quantity and physical quantity of product is correct and ensures processes and procedures are followed. This role will perform timely and accurate counts of locations and accurately research and document issues. This role supports multiple departments in handling inventory discrepancies and should proactively identify errors or trouble areas, correct potential problems, offer proactive solutions and perform any other duties as assigned. Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity in Lowe's DMS and HOST locator systems.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in inventory data.
• Perform routine cycle counts of inventory.
• Ensure system quantity matches physical quantity of products.
• Document issues accurately and timely.
• Support multiple departments in handling inventory discrepancies.
• Proactively identify errors or trouble areas and correct potential problems.
• Offer proactive solutions to inventory issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Post-secondary education.
• Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems.
• Experience in distribution center operations.
• Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or data management system (Lowe's DMS preferred).
