Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst
About The Position
Peraton is seeking a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. This role involves serving as an intelligence planner supporting USCYBERCOM Joint Task Force (JTF), understanding Joint Planning Process (JPP), and providing intelligence planning support for JTF campaign plan development. The analyst will participate in command Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) to inform planning and Course of Action (COA) development/evaluation. They will also support the command operational assessments process, assist in building and refining Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)/indicators, and provide target development and target systems analysis support for JTF J3 Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Information Operations (IO) planning. The position requires applying a wide range of intelligence analytic skills and tools to monitor, assess, and report on adversary target systems, identifying vulnerabilities to enable friendly intelligence, OCO, and IO to meet mission objectives. Additionally, the role involves assisting with stakeholder/partner management, advising and facilitating actions to enhance relationships and build collaboration opportunities. Support for decision-making and special projects will be provided through the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership. The analyst will develop analytic approaches and recommendations for complex problems, conduct reviews, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with command strategies. Facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures is also a key responsibility, along with coaching, training, and mentoring other personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber or SIGINT focus
- Minimum of High School Diploma.
- Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask
- Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities, strong attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

- Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization
- Advanced understanding of analysis and target development support for OCO and IO
- Joint Targeting School (JTS) or equivalent Service targeting school highly desired
- Experience engaging and collaborating with IC and other inter-agency partners
- Understands full range of intelligence support including analysis, collections, targeting, and planning
- Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner. Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and “need to know”

- Supports decision-making and special projects by the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership. Guides/develops reports and briefings
- Develops analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists. Conducts reviews, identifies gaps, recommends solutions, and ensures alignment with command strategies and operational guidance
- Capable of facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures to support target system analysis and subsequent intelligence and operational planning activities
- Coaches, trains, and mentors other personnel
