About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join the USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area. This role serves as an intelligence planner supporting USCYBERCOM Joint Task Force (JTF), understanding Joint Planning Process (JPP) and providing intelligence planning support for JTF campaign plan development. The analyst will participate in command Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) to inform planning and Course of Action (COA) development/evaluation. They will support the command operational assessments process, assisting in building and refining Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)/indicators, and provide target development and target systems analysis support for JTF J3 Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Information Operations (IO) planning. The analyst will apply a wide range of intelligence analytic skills and tools to monitor, assess, and report on adversary target systems, identifying vulnerabilities to enable friendly intelligence, OCO, and IO to meet mission objectives. Additionally, they will assist with stakeholder/partner management, advising and facilitating actions to enhance relationships and build collaboration opportunities. The role involves supporting decision-making and special projects through the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership, guiding and developing reports and briefings, and developing analytic approaches and recommendations for complex situations. The analyst will also be capable of facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures and will coach, train, and mentor other personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Cyber or SIGINT focus
  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

  • Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner.
  • Possesses judgment and discretion handling sensitive information and “need to know”

Responsibilities

  • Assists with stakeholder/partner management; advises/facilitates actions to enhance relationships and build collaboration opportunities to achieve mutual mission objectives/outcomes
  • Supports decision-making and special projects by the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Guides/develops reports and briefings
  • Develops analytic approaches and recommendations to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedence exists.
  • Conducts reviews, identifies gaps, recommends solutions, and ensures alignment with command strategies and operational guidance
  • Capable of facilitating analytic working groups to derive common intelligence pictures to support target system analysis and subsequent intelligence and operational planning activities
  • Coaches, trains, and mentors other personnel
