Tool Management and Maintenance: • Install, configure, and maintain cybersecurity tools and software. • Ensure tools are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates. • Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure tool availability and performance. Monitoring and Analysis: • Monitor security tools and systems for alerts and anomalies. • Assist in the investigation and analysis of security incidents and events. • Generate and review security reports from various tools to identify potential threats. Support and Troubleshooting: • Provide first-level support for cybersecurity tool-related issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security tools and systems. • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Documentation and Reporting: • Document configurations, processes, and procedures for cybersecurity tools. • Maintain accurate records of tool configurations and changes. • Prepare reports and documentation for management and audit purposes. Security Awareness and Training: • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. • Assist in conducting security awareness training for employees. • Comply with all established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2.
