Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of cyber security projects by sharing expertise on current systems.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise for maintaining performance and reliability of key IT solutions.
• Drive innovation by identifying trends and issues to create new business opportunities and solve complex problems.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners.
• Actively participate in maintaining required qualifications and certifications for the job role.
• Provide on-call support after normal business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field of study.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience in Networking and Cyber Security for Cyber Security Engineer; 5 to 8 years for Senior Cyber Security Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information in non-technical terms.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities based on business needs.
• Working knowledge of Server and Workstation Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).
• Working knowledge of IP-based switching, routing, and network environments (e.g., Cisco).
• Working knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
• Working knowledge of firewall operations (Cisco & Checkpoint).
• Working knowledge of cyber security practices for an enterprise environment.
