You’ll integrate policy, treaty analysis, and operational alignment into strategic frameworks that enhance readiness and ensure compliance. Work with us to shape and implement strategic readiness solutions that bridge tactical, operational, and strategic planning across numerous CWMD air operations assignments. Requirements

Experience supporting high-level Air Force CWMD missions by evaluating operational and policy gaps
Knowledge of U.S. Air Force doctrine, CWMD strategies, treaty compliance requirements, and nuclear enterprise operations
Ability to align CWMD frameworks and operational strategies with national and Air Force requirements while identifying and mitigating risks associated with operations and deployments
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating Treaty Compliance deliverables and monitoring CWMD readiness for Air Force programs in the NCR
Knowledge of MDMP, JCIDS, and Air Force policy development processes
Ability to coordinate policy recommendations with senior Air Force leadership and Combatant Commands in alignment with NCR mission goals
Master’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies, National Security, or Public Policy
