You’ll integrate policy, treaty analysis, and operational alignment into strategic frameworks that enhance readiness and ensure compliance with priorities. Work with us to shape and implement strategic readiness solutions that bridge tactical, operational, and strategic planning across numerous CWMD air operations assignments. Requirements

  • Experience supporting high-level Air Force CWMD missions by evaluating operational and policy gaps in alignment with objectives
  • Knowledge of U.S. Air Force doctrine, CWMD strategies, treaty compliance requirements, and nuclear enterprise operations
  • Ability to align CWMD frameworks and operational strategies with national and Air Force requirements while identifying and mitigating risks associated with operations and deployments
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating Treaty Compliance deliverables and monitoring CWMD readiness for Air Force programs
  • Knowledge of MDMP, JCIDS, and Air Force policy development processes
  • Ability to coordinate policy recommendations with senior Air Force leadership and Combatant Commands in alignment with mission goals
  • Master’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies, National Security, or Public Policy
