Customer Xperience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for lobby customers by ensuring customers are quickly referred to the appropriate personnel for current or new services and fostering an active, engaged experience between customers and bankers. The position will also assist branch production staff performing a variety of services for our branch production staff and customers. Provides support to all assigned areas of the Main Bank where services or assistance is needed; Responds to inquiries or refers inquiries to the appropriate department or person Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service Assist with scanning index numbers/loan numbers/SS or Tax ID numbers; add the loan packages/documents to the appropriate scanning/tracking spreadsheet; either scan the documents to our imaging system (some branches), and/or send them to the Loan Documentation Department for review and/or to clear exceptions Letters requesting current financial statements, insurance coverage etc. Complete loan advances and transfers; prepare extensions for loan payments. Prepare advances, extensions and modifications. Receiving and directing phone calls Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.
