This role involves reviewing customer purchase orders, processing them in SAP (ERP) and managing portals, and collaborating with various internal departments like the warehouse, Sales, and Quality to ensure timely order resolution. The specialist will prioritize orders with issues, analyze their feasibility, and research solutions within SAP. They will also manage open orders pending resolution, coordinate critical order shipments, and monitor/expedite complex and urgent orders. Additionally, the role includes resolving customer claims, determining root causes, recommending corrective actions, and supporting Accounts Receivable with cash collection. Maintaining pipeline health for part usage/demand on existing contracts and programs in collaboration with customers, Sales, and Planners is also a key responsibility. The position requires adherence to export control compliance, necessitating the candidate to be a "U.S. Person."
