About The Position

Revvity Horizon Discovery, a division of Revvity, is a leading provider of translational genomics research tools. We are recruiting for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. Based in our office in Lafayette, CO this role will be responsible for interfacing with and supporting internal and external customers with all aspects of order processing and query resolution, contributing directly to the Company’s ability to meet sales goals and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • 2+ years working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with the commercial team to support processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update and maintain sales data and information within the appropriate software systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a timely manner through effective communication and responsiveness for customers, both internal and external.
  • Contribute to the development of the ordering process to ensure Horizon continues to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop basic product knowledge and a strong understanding of the shipping requirements by building a strong relationship with shipping and logistics.
  • Follow the procedures set down in the SOP’s for accurate and timely entry of all orders.
  • Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
  • Undertakes relevant project work and additional responsibilities as appropriate and agreed with the Head of Customer Services.
