Sloan has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Franklin Park, IL headquarters reporting to our Customer Support Manager. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues and offering product and service information. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers where you'll deliver high quality support ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role is hybrid, working three days in the office and two days from home after a training period.
