About The Position

Clearstream is a communication software for churches, with a web-based texting and email app used by over 10,000 churches. The team is small, currently 17 people, emphasizing the vital role each member plays. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Highly personable and empathetic.
  • Humble and teachable.
  • Typing speed of > 60 wpm.
  • Familiarity with church culture and communication needs.
  • Must include a 1-2 minute video with the application explaining why you would be a good fit.

Responsibilities

  • Handling fast-paced live chats with customers to assist with setup, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions, as well as chatting with non-customers (leads).
  • Taking Zoom and phone calls to guide customers through their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Emailing customers on a small scale.
  • Staying humble and receptive to feedback, demonstrating teachability and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Recording customer education videos (if comfortable on camera).
