About The Position

OptiSigns Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their on-site team in Houston, TX. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth hardware fulfillment operations and supporting both internal teams and external customers throughout the order lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams to maintain inventory accuracy and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and common software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Nice To Haves

  • 0–2 years of IT support or related experience (internship, school lab, or personal projects count)
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, IP addresses)
  • Experience setting up computers, printers, or other office equipment
  • Exposure to tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar
  • Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, package, ship, and track hardware products to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Maintain inventory integrity by properly recording all product movements
  • Provide frontline customer support for fulfillment-related inquiries, including order status, hardware troubleshooting, and issue escalation
  • Process returns, perform factory resets, refurbish devices, and update inventory systems accordingly
