Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive sales strategy and retention efforts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex professional relationships.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing global team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Navision, or dedicated Customer Success Platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue models in a technical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core sales activities, including selling software renewals and warranties, to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
  • Proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services that align with their business goals.
  • Serve as the primary global customer advocate, building high-level relationships with stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and life-long loyalty.
  • Educate and support a global network of OEMs and Resellers on new subscription programs and service offerings.
  • Analyze account-specific statistics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to maximize potential ARR and mitigate churn risks.
