Position Overview The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the post-sale customer lifecycle and ensuring customers achieve measurable value through successful adoption and ongoing use of PayRange products and services. This role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned customers while acting as the internal voice of the customer. The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in customer retention, platform adoption, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating cross-functional environments while managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
