The Risk Intelligence Customer Success Manager supports our strategic World‑Check customer base, connecting clients to LSEG’s portfolio of Risk Intelligence solutions. This role drives measurable customer value by enabling adoption of World‑Check workflows, supporting key compliance use cases, and ensuring consistent operational success through scalable engagement. The CSM leads a portfolio of high‑value World‑Check client relationships and partners closely with the Customer Success Director and cross‑functional teams to deliver a strong customer experience. The role blends relationship management, product education, and functional expertise, with a focus on consistent execution of customer success guidelines. Acting as a trusted advisor to both compliance leaders and operational users, helping to mitigate risk, strengthens client relationships, and supports effective use of World‑Check solutions. By embedding World‑Check into customers’ compliance workflows, the CSM enables successful renewals and long‑term growth.
