About The Position

The Risk Intelligence Customer Success Manager supports our strategic World‑Check customer base, connecting clients to LSEG’s portfolio of Risk Intelligence solutions. This role drives measurable customer value by enabling adoption of World‑Check workflows, supporting key compliance use cases, and ensuring consistent operational success through scalable engagement. The CSM leads a portfolio of high‑value World‑Check client relationships and partners closely with the Customer Success Director and cross‑functional teams to deliver a strong customer experience. The role blends relationship management, product education, and functional expertise, with a focus on consistent execution of customer success guidelines. Acting as a trusted advisor to both compliance leaders and operational users, helping to mitigate risk, strengthens client relationships, and supports effective use of World‑Check solutions. By embedding World‑Check into customers’ compliance workflows, the CSM enables successful renewals and long‑term growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of frontline experience in customer success, account management or relationship management preferably within Risk and Compliance
  • Execution focused with strong performance record, proactive, and positive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to flex style depending on audience (C-Level / Leadership / Team), with success influencing other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define customer business outcomes and build success plans aligned to World‑Check objectives, achievements, risks, and success metrics.
  • Educate customers on World‑Check content, data, and functionality, tailoring mentorship to specific compliance and screening workflows.
  • Review usage data, customer health indicators, and adoption trends to identify risks and opportunities and adjust engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (solution sales, proposition sales, solution consultants) when upsell or cross‑sell opportunities arise through customer adoption.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their World‑Check investment by reviewing license usage and supporting optimization and retention efforts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with compliance partners, business decision makers, and end users to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Support internal customer success processes and give feedback to improve execution and customer outcomes.
