About the position

The Customer Success Lead at Complete is responsible for fostering strong relationships with midmarket customers and ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's compensation tools. This role is pivotal in driving customer success and satisfaction, focusing on collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with midmarket customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to maximize their success using Complete's compensation tools.
  • Ensure customers achieve their goals and see measurable outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout their journey with Complete.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Slack for communication and collaboration.
  • Mid-level project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Familiarity with compensation planning tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to drive insights and improvements.
