About The Position

The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team by assisting with administrative tasks, customer requirements tracking, and internal coordination to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the company’s products and services. This role is ideal for a motivated student or early‑career professional interested in customer experience, operations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in Customer Success or customer experience
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success Managers with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry
  • Track and organize customer requirements, action items, and follow‑ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and internal systems
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting notes
  • Support intake and routing of customer requests and inquiries
  • Assist with onboarding steps and engagement milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and follow‑up communications
  • Maintain Customer Success documentation and templates
  • Support reporting, metrics tracking, and customer feedback analysis
  • Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
