About the position

The Customer Specialist role at TekTree Inc. involves providing support to customers regarding product orders, availability, and delivery within a high-volume call center environment. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction and aims for first-call resolution, working closely with distributors to assist with after-market replacement parts and ensuring exceptional follow-up service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist distributors with parts selection, pricing, ordering, delivery, and basic technical support.
  • Manage inbound calls and maintain positive communication with distributors and sales managers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Contribute to Carrier Excellence initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and SAP systems.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle 60-70 calls daily with accuracy and a customer-focused attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are also beneficial.
