Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
• Assist with mailroom support services, including processing incoming mail and packages.
• Support hospitality services within the office environment.
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Good PC skills and organizational skills are necessary.
