About the position
The Customer Service Specialist at STS Aerospace is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring effective communication between various departments, including supply chain, manufacturing, and sales. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and aims to provide prompt responses to inquiries while supporting the overall customer-focused strategy of the company.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Coordinate information between supply chain, manufacturing, and customers.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Serve as a liaison between management, sales, production, purchasing, and customers regarding requests and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
