About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Neotecra INC is responsible for managing customer inquiries, creating quotes and orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding shipments and order statuses. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Create quotes and orders per customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries on open orders and shipment status, providing tracking information as requested.
  • Track shipments that are invoiced at delivery and remove billing blocks for invoicing.
  • Send requested documentation such as MSDS sheets and commercial invoice copies.
  • Follow up on open RMAs, credits, debits, and consignments, updating equipment records with warranty information.
  • Assist in researching information needed for collection purposes related to quotes, orders, and POs processed.
  • Complete projects as assigned and provide backup for other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business/financial area or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of similar job experience or office administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.14 to $25.00 per hour.
  • Full-time contract position with expected hours of 40 per week.
