  • Actively promote our product offerings and services, effectively communicating the unique value propositions to our customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account information within our Salesforce database.
  • Establish new customer accounts as per requests received from the Accounting Department.
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers for payment information, ensuring smooth transactions and account management.
  • Work with the Senior Customer Service Team to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Release web holds from orders in a timely manner to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Enter portal orders and manage address information for Amazon orders diligently.
  • Share front desk responsibilities, contributing to a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Serve as an overflow resource for Salesforce team cases, collaborating effectively with peers.
  • Participate in training opportunities and engage in self-study to enhance your product and industry knowledge, leading to improved personal performance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and effectively use company software systems.
  • A minimum of one year of related work experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
