Is helping callers resolve their questions regarding insurance claims and how their Medicare benefits coordinate with other insurance coverage something you can do? As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to questions from customers regarding Coordination of Benefits, Medicare Secondary Payer claims, and billing questions within a fast-paced call center environment. This role is located in Las Cruces, NM starting May 4, 2026. Operational hours of the call center are 6:50am - 7:15pm Monday through Friday. This role is remote; however training is ONSITE in Las Cruces for the first 8-12 weeks. Must permanently reside within commuting distance to Las Cruces to be considered.
