About The Position

We’re looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Go Auto. This is a fully remote position after training, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting customers across our dealership network. Training is completed in person at our Edmonton office: 16830 107 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. This involves full-time paid training for 3 weeks, Monday to Friday. After training, the role transitions to 100% remote.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Previous customer service, call centre, administrative, or dealership experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with Sales and Service inquiries
  • Follow up with guests after vehicle service appointments
  • Help create a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Track customer interactions and appointment details accurately
  • Work closely with dealership teams to ensure excellent communication and follow-through
  • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support
  • Promote dealership services and amenities when appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail with every customer interaction
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals and maintaining a positive guest experience
