Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives/managers and end consumers, utilizing multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, chat and Guest Book feedback.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products and product modifications.
- Respond to customer online reviews.
- Work in conjunction with engineering to identify potential product issues.
