About the position

The Customer Service Representative at BelGas is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Data entry on sales orders, quotes, shipping documents, etc.
  • Learn about products and their descriptions.
  • Prioritize customer care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Overall comfort with computer navigation.
  • Experience with past ERP systems is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in client services or sales is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
